Loved the case, then I dropped it once ,the case cracked in the corner and customer support said too bad! I will never buy another product from them.

iPhone case
I bought an iPhone case less than a year ago and I love it.
I have bought a lot of their products and I love them all.
Today I dropped my iPhone today and the left corner of the case cracked. I called customer support and they told me that they won’t cover that damaged. I take good care of everything I buy, the leather Is in perfect condition as I make sure I’m very careful with it. I am sorry to say that I will never buy any of their products again. I don’t think that a case that drops from my hand to a wooden floor should cracked.
