Tickets for Concert in Miami
They changed the main band in a concert. Asked for a refund. They denied it saying the concert was still happening.
Placed a dispute with my credit card. Can't believe I'm typing this but Ticketmaster behaves better and they are no saints.
The backup band also didn't play. This concert was a disaster.
