Mr cool diy
Order a Mr cool diy system received it on July 24, 2020. The 25 feet line set coil that was ordered with the system had a defect. Called hvac (whom is a sales agent for Mr cool) advised them of the problem hvac advised needed to get in touch with their vendor this was on July 28, 2020. The calls and texting went on from that point up until October 6, 2020 when a rep from hvac direct advise me that I need to call Mr cool and proceeded to give me the number. I called Mr cool October 7, and spoke with rep Aimee told her the details she apologized for the problem and advised me a 25 feet line set will be sent asap and 5 business days later I received my part. I will never buy anything else from hvac direct again. Poor customer care and service.
