An order to the value of £194.19
After two weeks waiting for a return address I returned the complete order which cost me a fraction of what I was charged by floryday. After constant emails I was refunded only £175.48. The P&P was an extra £26.80 which I knew I would not get back. They still owe me £18.71 and just sending me the same old email going on about postage costs.
The total cost was £220.99. The postage was £26.80. Therefore I should receive £194.19 not £175.48. Would warn anyone not to use this site it is a total scam. You have the cheek to put worry free returns on your website
Whenever you are ordering from an unknown company, always do a "test order". Test them by ordering ONE of the lower price item on your list to see if they are good or not.
