Windows 11 Pro purchase mishap
I messed up and accidentally bought a Windows 11 Pro key when I actually had the home version. Obviously, the key didn't work. So, I contacted customer service and sent them a screenshot. They were super quick to help me out and gave me a solution that worked like a charm. I'm so thankful for their assistance in upgrading me from home to pro.
