Round trip holiday longer than 28 days
I was pretty bummed when I tried to book a round trip vacation that was longer than 28 days on this site. It was annoying to find out that I couldn't even do that, which basically made the site useless for what I wanted. I think if they gave more options for how long you can make your trip, it would make the site a lot better and bring in more customers.

I gotta say, the customer service here really impressed me. I was a bit worried about my watch delivery, so I sent a couple of emails to check in. I was super surprised and grateful to get responses back within an hour each time. The watch showed up eventually, and it was nicely packaged. All in all, I was pretty happy with how everything turned out.

Personalized photo book creation
As someone who's been coming back for more, I've gotta say I've loved getting those custom photo books from this place. They really put in the work to make each book awesome, and you can tell they care about the little details. It's cool how they bring all my photos and memories together into a story that actually means something. Each book is like a special keepsake for me. Making these books has been super easy and fun, and I definitely plan on coming back for more in the future.
