Special promotion shoes
I recently bought a sweet pair of shoes from this company that I've been supporting for a while now. Their kicks have always impressed me, but this time I was let down. The shoes I got were a totally different color than what I saw on their site, and it didn't go with anything I own. The promo said no refunds, but I thought I could at least swap them out for a different color. When I contacted customer service, they said I could only trade for a different size in the same color. That lack of flexibility really bummed me out. I even checked the color on different screens to make sure I wasn't crazy. All in all, the whole thing left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

Watch purchase
I gotta say, the customer service here really impressed me. I was a bit worried about my watch delivery, so I sent a couple of emails to check in. I was super surprised and grateful to get responses back within an hour each time. The watch showed up eventually, and it was nicely packaged. All in all, I was pretty happy with how everything turned out.
