I recently bought some hair vitamins from this company because I got a $100 promo code in an email. I was really looking forward to trying them out, so I placed my order right away. But it's been almost two months now, and I still haven't gotten my order. When I talked to customer service for help, they just kept giving me the run-around without any real answers or solutions. It's frustrating to be stuck in this situation, especially since they sent out that promo code to so many people by mistake, causing a lot of confusion and delays. I really hope the company owns up to their mistake and figures out a way to make things right for their loyal customers.
