Off-white pants
I got these off-white pants from a site but I was so let down. They were supposed to be "brand new & deadstock," but when I opened them up, I saw the inside waist tag barely hanging on and the original product bag was gone. They came in a plastic bag from the company inside a brown box. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they haven't responded or fixed the problem. I paid $300 for these pants, and the poor quality and lack of help is just not right.
