Hair care purchase
I am so excited about the hair care products I bought. Switching to a cleaner hair care routine has made a huge difference for me. After using these products for more than three years, I can say that my hair has changed completely. It used to be damaged from all the bleaching and heat, but now it looks healthy and shiny. I am seriously impressed with how well these products work, and I will definitely keep buying them.

Outdoor furniture set
I recently bought a patio furniture set from this website, and I have to say I was really let down by the whole experience. It took forever for them to process and ship my order, and I had a ton of problems trying to track my package. When I finally got in touch with customer service for help, I found out that my package was still in Italy after two weeks of waiting. The shipping company told me it never even left Italy and was on its way back to the seller. This whole situation really upset me, and I definitely won't be buying anything else from this website in the future.

Hit or miss products
The stuff from this brand is usually pretty good, but every now and then you come across something that's not so great. Like, I got this cute top that seemed like it was good quality, but it totally fell apart after just one wash, even though I followed all the care instructions. It was a bummer not being able to rock it again, especially because it wasn't exactly cheap. But hey, there's still a lot of awesome stuff from this brand that I wear all the time and totally adore.

Dance recital outfits
Let me tell you, the customer service at this place is a total nightmare! I splurged on a bunch of outfits for my daughter's dance recital, and not only were they pricey, but half of them didn't even fit. When I tried to return or exchange them, I had to shell out cash for the return shipping and then they conveniently "forgot" to send one of the items. When I reached out to customer service, I had to practically bend over backward to prove that I had sent the item back, even though I had email confirmation. Finally, after all that hassle, they have the nerve to tell me they can't swap out the leggings I was missing because apparently there was pet hair on them. Are you kidding me? My daughter barely had those on for 10 seconds and couldn't even pull them up right! Sure, we have a dog, so maybe there was a tad bit of fuzz, but to deny an exchange over that is just absurd. And on top of that, they didn't even bother to give me a heads-up until I called. I'm not about to fork over more money to this company just for another pair of leggings. This whole mess has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I for sure won't be dealing with them ever again.
