Resume creation and subscription issue
I just tried out this service to make my resume and I gotta say, I was really happy with how it turned out. But then I hit a snag with the subscription - it charged me without warning after my free trial ended. Luckily, the customer service folks were super helpful and gave me a refund right away. Really grateful for how quickly they handled the situation.
