    Satellite navigation system

    This company is so hard to get in touch with when it comes to troubleshooting my new satellite navigation system. The thing kept crashing and when I asked for help, they just told me to charge it for 4 hours. Like, really? That didn't fix anything. Plus, no phone number to call and only a chat service? So annoying. The customer service was not very helpful or knowledgeable, which was super disappointing and frustrating.
