Warning to everyone who buys from this website!!!!!
I have ordered from this company for 5 yrs now and never had major issues until now. Although everything comes from UK, I usually order a years worth of bravecto for my dog. I always look at the packaging to ensure no tampering. HOWEVER, this time the box was tampered. I ordered 2 bravecto and there's supposed to be only 1 in a box. The box was tampered having 2 doses with a sticker (2 doses ).
I called customer service (offshore) and couldn't believe what he said...,"we're trying to save cost on shipping so they opened the original box and put 2 doses. I wanted to return it, they said throw it out. I told them that I will order again but want everything in original box untampered. The rep said we can't guarantee this and most likely will happen again. Then I said I would not order from Budgetpetworld again and the rep "no problem" we will take you off the order list. They didn't care less after being a loyal customer.
I am very skeptical at this point wondering if the company buys from other off market for profit. Anyway filing a complaint against them for tampering with the original packaging.
The only time you receive an open box that is resealed is when you make your purchase when they have one of their special sales offering (bonus dosages) which can arrive in one box or 2 with the added dosages that are FREE with a sticker on that box ex : (2 dosages). You could clearly see the inside content of the box wasn't tampered with. How can you malign a good company like this when like me you buy for the full year specifically during these special sales to purposely save the most money. Don't you think Katie that maybe you're being at the very least a bit unreasonable?
