The booking process went really smoothly, but I have to say, the customer service team was the best part. We had to switch our pickup time last minute and they were so fast to help us out. Our driver showed up right on time, was super polite, spoke English really well, and gave us some awesome tips about the area. We were really impressed with everything and would for sure book with them again.
