Password reset issue
I had a really frustrating time trying to reset my password on the website. I did everything they asked for a new password, but I kept getting an 'Invalid Credentials' message after three tries. So I thought, okay, I'll reach out for help using the chat icon, but all I got was a message saying they'd contact me later. I was hoping for a quick fix, but now I'm just disappointed. With this lack of help right when I needed it, and the site not working right, I think it's time for me to find another place to do my business.
