I bought something on November 11th last year and sprung for the faster shipping. The thing is, it didn't show up until November 18th. Then, I had some problems with it and fired off an email to the company on the same day I got my order, but three days later, still no response. I mean, seriously, I studied Computer Science and you'd think they'd be quicker with their customer service.
