Unauthorized flight change
I just booked a flight and got a confirmation for a completely different one than what I wanted. It's so annoying 'cause I picked that specific flight for a reason. Now I gotta go through the trouble of canceling the one I didn't even ask for. It would've been way easier if they had asked me before charging me for a different flight.
