Mixed feelings about Experian's services
I have had a mixed experience with Experian.com. On one hand, the website is easy to navigate and the options for accessing and managing my credit report are convenient. However, I have had some issues with the accuracy of the information on my report. I have had to dispute several items that were incorrect and it has been a bit of a hassle to get them resolved.
One thing I really appreciate about Experian is the ability to freeze my credit report online. This has given me peace of mind knowing that no one can access my credit without my permission.
Overall, while Experian has been useful for me in terms of managing my credit and protecting my identity, the occasional accuracy issues have been frustrating.
