I had a "failed delivery" attempt, even though my USPS said they never received it. I called a million times, as well as emailed with NO response. Finally got a hold of them once and the lady said that it was re-shipped 2 weeks ago, and she would send me the confirmation. Shocker, I got nothing and now no one is answering. I demand a refund and NEVER advise anyone to shop at this ... show of a store with ... customer service.
