2-pack bath rugs in blue
I just got myself a set of two bath rugs in a lovely blue shade from this website. The price was right - not too pricey, but still good quality. They really liven up my bathroom and go perfectly with all the blue stuff I've got in there. Plus, they're super soft and cushy to walk on. I'm really happy with how well-made they are, so I'd totally suggest them to anyone wanting to add a little luxury to their bathroom.

Zen Adapt and L-Glutamine
I bought Zen Adapt and L-Glutamine from this store recently, and I had a scary moment with the L-Glutamine. When I took it, I had my first nosebleed ever, which freaked me out. Later on, I learned that L-Glutamine is a blood thinner, and that can be risky if you're already on blood thinners. The fact that there was no warning about this on the product is a big deal and could seriously affect someone's health. I tried to get in touch with the folks at Amy Myers MD to tell them about my concerns, but I couldn't figure out how to leave a message, which was frustrating. It's super important for a company to be able to communicate clearly with their customers, especially when it involves potential health issues. And not having warning labels on products like this is worrying and could actually put people in danger.
