Handbag gift for Christmas
I got a handbag as a Christmas gift for my daughter, but the shoulder strap ended up being defective. I've been trying to contact customer service a bunch of times, but haven't gotten any help. It was a big buy, and I just wanted the strap fixed, but that seems like too big of an ask. I'm really let down by the lack of response and the poor quality of the product. I won't be telling anyone to go for this brand, and for sure won't be buying anything from them in the future.

Bought the smoker after thorough research
The PBC has totally blown me away. I did a ton of research on all kinds of smokers, but once I dug into all the reviews and saw those incredible outcomes from the PBC, I was sold. I didn't let other people try to steer me towards things like Weber or pellet smokers. I do my own thing, and I'm really happy I went with the PBC.

Recent shoe purchase
I recently bought some shoes from this company. The shoes were super comfy, but unfortunately, one pair was too big so I had to send it back. I got a quick refund which was awesome. When I ordered a different pair of shoes, there was a big delay in getting them. I got an email with a tracking number saying they had been shipped, but the tracking number wasn't active for days and the shoes seemed stuck somewhere. I tried contacting customer service several times, but the automated system kept hanging up on me after 15 seconds. The fact that there wasn't an email or live chat option for customer service was frustrating and made it hard to sort out any problems or get answers quickly. The shoes are comfy, but the customer service and delivery were lacking, for sure.

Sweater and dress purchase
I just bought some stuff from this online store, and I gotta say, I was really happy with the sweater and dress I got. The quality and design were top-notch, and they looked even better in person than they did on the website. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again in the future.
