Portable 8000 BTU Air Conditioner and Dehumidifier
Until Gone is a scam. This item never arrived. I was given a tracking number for FedEx the day I made the order, but the tracking number continued to show that FedEx had never received the item from the vendor. I was given many different delivery windows from Until Gone service reps when I contacted them but the FedEx tracking continued to show that they were awaiting the item. I finally requested a refund three weeks after the order date and Until Gone deleted my account and stated there was never an account with my email. Now I have to go through fraud resolution with my credit card company. Until Gone is a total scam! DO NOT buy from this website!
