Skin salvation ointment for dermatitis on eyes
The skin salvation ointment has totally changed the game for my dermatitis on my eyes. I've tested out a bunch of different products before, but none of them have worked as well as this ointment. It always calms down the discomfort right away, gets rid of the itchiness and irritation, and cuts down the redness a ton. I don't even need to use the steroid cream my doctor gave me anymore, since this stuff works way better. I definitely suggest this ointment and company to anyone going through the same skin problems.

Pirate's Gold Vape Juice
I got Pirate's Gold Vape Juice because I read about it online and was really hoping for a yummy banana bread with rum flavor. But when I let it sit out like they suggested, it just tasted like old bananas without any rum or nutty goodness. So I decided to contact customer service, and I felt like they thought I was trying to pull a fast one on them just because I didn't like what I bought. They told me I had to pay for shipping if I wanted to exchange it, which I thought was pretty unfair, especially since I didn't want to risk going to the post office during the pandemic. All in all, I was pretty let down by both the product and the service, especially since it was pricier as an organic option.

Lost order, great customer service
I had this frustrating situation with another company that actually led me to discover Trust Pilot. At first, I gave them a one-star review, but after they fixed the issue, I updated my review. Trust Pilot then suggested I check out Lock Laces, a company that really impressed me with their customer service. So about two years ago, I bought Lock Laces on Amazon to give as gifts, but the package never showed up. Even after checking multiple times, it was just nowhere to be found. USPS couldn't help either, and somehow my package ended up in Hawaii. When I contacted Lock Laces about the situation, they apologized for the mix-up and offered to send me the same amount of Lock Laces I originally ordered, even though I bought them through Amazon.
