I was so disappointed with the customer service I got while shopping at this online store. Ordering was a nightmare because of all the website glitches and errors, causing delays. When I contacted customer service for help, the responses were rude and unhelpful, making me feel frustrated and like they didn't value me as a customer. Plus, the prices were too high for the quality of the products I got. And don't even get me started on the delivery - it took weeks for my order to arrive, and the packaging was damaged with incorrect items inside. My whole experience with this company was a big letdown, and I won't be shopping here again.

I just wanna give a shoutout to Andy, he was seriously the best! I had to tweak my banner real quick and he did it in no time, and it came out looking amazing. Plus, he was super friendly and just had a great vibe overall. It's really nice collaborating with awesome folks like him. Thanks a bunch, Andy, you're the bomb!
