Easy-to-use design software
The design software this company hooked me up with was super easy to use, so putting together my project was a breeze. But I do have one idea to make it even better. It'd be awesome if I could just pick one color for my whole project and have it applied to the whole album at once, instead of having to do it page by page. That would be a big time-saver and make designing even smoother.

Mega400 Bidet Toilet Seat
My experience with the Mega400 bidet toilet seat hasn't been great. At first, I thought it was pretty good, but after using it for just two years, I saw that the seat had cracked. I'm a big guy at 270 pounds, so that might have caused the problem. I contacted customer service hoping to get some replacement parts, but they said they didn't have any. Even though the warranty was only one year, I expected better service from the company. They basically just told me tough luck. The bidet's washing feature works fine, but what's the point of a $400 water jet if the seat is broken? Overall, I wouldn't recommend this product because it's not very durable and the customer support is lacking.

Shoes ordered in January
So, I bought a pair of shoes back in January, but it wasn't the best shopping experience. Ordering them was easy peasy, but getting them to my doorstep was a different story. Supposed to only take a few weeks, but it ended up dragging on because of delays. I tried getting in touch with customer service a bunch of times, but they were slow to get back to me, which was pretty annoying. The price of the shoes was okay, but the shipping cost felt a little steep. Anyway, once the shoes did show up, they were actually pretty good quality.
