I recently bought some clothes from Bloomchic and had some issues with getting them delivered. It took over a month for me to find out that my order was sent to a different state without any heads up from them. I got in touch with customer service and was worried that I might not even get my stuff. But then Bloomchic gave an update saying there was a mistake in the delivery notice and that my order was actually on its way. When my package finally showed up, I was happily surprised by how good the clothes were. They were better than I thought, each item had its own cool touch. Even though I had to wait a while, I'm pleased with my purchase and might buy from them again, although I wish they were more upfront about delivery times next time around.
