Multiple orders
I've ordered from this company a few times now and I've always been really happy with their service. Their prices are excellent and they have a huge variety of items to pick from. Every time I've ordered, my stuff has been shipped out quickly, usually by the next day. I've never gotten anything missing, incorrect, or damaged, which is a huge relief. I haven't had to contact customer service yet, but from my experience so far, I'm pretty sure they'd take care of any questions or problems really well.

Jordan 11 Gratitude
So, I got these shoes since I struck out on SNKRS and needed to grab a Christmas gift. I've actually shopped with them before and man, it was a mess. I snagged 5 sale items, but they only had one in stock, the others were sold out, yet they still took my money. I had to wait ages for a refund. And to top it off, the shipping for the Jordan 11 Gratitude was $25 and they said it would take 10 days to arrive. What a rip-off!
