Lifetime license with warranty download plan
I recently bought a lifetime license with a warranty download plan from Ams. The software is super user-friendly and I'm really satisfied with it. But I did run into a few problems after a couple of years, and needed some technical support. Luckily, the customer service team was really helpful and got back to me quickly. I definitely recommend their after-sale support, it's top-notch.

Portable power station purchase
I bought this portable power station that's really small and easy to carry around, which is super handy for what I need. At first, I realized the manual wasn't in the box, but when I got in touch with customer service, they sent me one right away. I live in a place where power outages happen quite a bit, and this portable power station has been a lifesaver when the lights go out. The instructions were clear and simple, even for me as an older person. All in all, I'd definitely suggest this product because it works great and is easy to use.
