white leather lounge chair
We have ordered a ~$1000 white leather lounge chair through Houzz (vendor: Akari Lantern); instead, on Saturday May 8th 2021 we received a black leather chair. We contacted Akari Lantern, who keeps answering (and I am quoting literally): "we recommend you keep the black chair" to anything we ask them. We contacted Houzz via email, tried the chat, the phone.. nothing.. Neither Houzz nor Akari Lantern seem to care.
Same exact thing happened to us. I would never purchase from this company.
