Five baseball helmets
I ordered five baseball helmets from the website the other day and picked 2nd day air shipping. But, only three of them made it on time. When I reached out to customer service, they told me one helmet would be back-ordered for four weeks and they didn't know the status of the fifth helmet. This whole situation really bummed me out and made me annoyed with the whole ordering process.
