Subscription debit issue
So I had this crazy thing happen where I got charged for a subscription I didn't even know I signed up for. I freaked out, thinking I was about to lose a bunch of money. But I took action right away and canceled that subscription. I jumped on a live webchat with customer service and luckily, Tania was there to help me out. She totally understood my situation and wasted no time getting me a refund for the charge. I can't thank her enough for fixing everything so quickly and professionally. Tania really came through for me, and I just had to give her a big shoutout for her awesome customer service.
