Lifetime membership transfer
I had a problem with my account on the upskill platform after I transferred my lifetime membership from another online learning platform. Even though I transferred my membership successfully, I got stopped from a course because of an unresolved payment issue that should have been transferred from my old account. This happened just as I was almost done with the course, and it's important for my job advancement. I tried reaching out for help through the chatbot on upskill, but it wasn't very useful. The learning material has been good overall, but I really need a quick fix to this payment problem so I can keep studying without any more interruptions.
