Mediocre experience with GemsNY
As a customer of GemsNY, I have had mixed experiences with the company. On one hand, their selection of jewelry is impressive and they have a wide variety of options to choose from. The prices are also quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of the products.
However, my main issue with GemsNY has been their customer service. I have reached out to them multiple times with questions and concerns, but the responses I have received have been slow and not particularly helpful. Additionally, I have had trouble with a few of my orders and had to follow up multiple times to get them resolved.
Overall, I would recommend GemsNY for their selection and prices, but be prepared to do your own research and possibly follow up on any issues you may have. The company does not have physical stores and the customer service could be better.
