Hair growth product purchase
I bought a hair growth product from this company and at first, I was happy with it. But after using it for a few weeks, I ran into some problems. So I contacted customer service and I was happy with how quick and efficient they were in getting back to me. The person I talked to, Kiara, really knew her stuff and did everything she could to make sure I was happy with my purchase. She even sent me a new product as a replacement without any issues. I was really impressed with the great customer service from HIMS.
