Hardwood flooring purchase
I was pretty impressed with all the different hardwood floor options they had at that store when I first walked in. But, overall, I ended up feeling let down. The customer service wasn't great, the prices were higher than I thought they'd be, and the delivery took longer than they said it would and they didn't really explain why. I was hoping for better from a well-known company like them.
