Under sink filter system for kitchen
It was easy to install. I used it for six months and decided to change the filter because the flow of water coming from the faucet has decreased. I checked the other faucets in the house and the water flow was normal. I ordered a replacement filter and followed the extremely easy instructions and now my faucet is at a trickle. I removed the system and my faucet is still at a trickle. That means the filter has something to do with the faucet failure. I don't know the exact reason because you I can't disassemble the faucet but my thinking is that it somehow allowed some type of debris in the water line that was able to clog the faucet. It's the only thing it could be. Since the faucet is just as new as the filtration system, I highly doubt it failed all on it's own. The customer service (if that's what you want to call it) is sorely lacking. I don't recommend doing business with them especially if you think you might need customer assistance. They NEVER answer the phone and emails responses take a while. Very unhappy with the product and the company.
