Uncomfortable topsiders
I bought some topsiders online not too long ago, but sadly they didn't fit right and ended up giving me a blister. So, I reached out to customer service to ask about getting a refund. They told me since the shoes weren't messed up, I couldn't return them. Instead, they suggested I use mole skin to help with the pain from the shoes. I have to say, I was pretty bummed out by that answer because I think customers should be able to return stuff that doesn't work for them. All in all, my experience with the product and customer service wasn't great, so I wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

I had a really good time shopping at this boutique. The delivery did take a little longer than I thought, but I knew it was coming from overseas so it made sense. The customer service was top-notch, and the people working there were super friendly and helpful the whole time. Only downside was they don't refund the shipping fee for returns, which was kind of a hassle. But I'm hoping down the road they'll set up a warehouse in the US to make returns easier.

Custom chain purchase
I just bought a custom chain from this company, and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how high-quality it is. The chain still looks brand new, even after getting wet or sweaty. I've been a loyal customer ever since because their products are seriously amazing. I usually don't write reviews, but their jewelry is so good that I had to spread the word.
