Informative but cumbersome app
The stuff I get from this service is really helpful. It tells me things about my health that I never would have known. The suggestions it gives me are super detailed, which helps me make smart choices about my health. But man, the app itself is kind of a pain to use. It's not very easy to find what I'm looking for, especially when I'm trying to figure out what to do based on the suggestions. Like, if it tells me to take a supplement, it's hard to find out how much and when to take it. And the daily journal feature isn't as straightforward as I would like. Basically, the app could be a lot better in terms of being user-friendly and easy to navigate.
