This service is ridiculous! Why should I even bother using it when there are other options out there without these crazy dimension limits? I can only upload up to 5MB or 1200x1200 pixels for free, and for premium, it's 10MB or 2000x2000 pixels? What a total waste of time!

Necklace purchase
I gave it an average rating because it seriously took 6 whole weeks for my necklace to get here, even though it wasn't even a custom order. They were seriously slacking on keeping me in the loop and being clear about what was going on. The necklace is alright, but the whole thing was just not that great of an experience.
