Electric toothbrush purchase
As a dental hygienist, I had higher expectations for this company. But let me tell you, they have really let me down. It's been a mess trying to get my electric toothbrush situation sorted out since mid-March. You'd think they'd be more understanding, especially given my line of work. But nope, no sense of responsibility or willingness to fix things on their end. It's pretty disappointing to see a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers, especially those in the dental field. So, my recommendation to anyone thinking about buying from them: look elsewhere for a toothbrush. Dealing with this just isn't worth the headache.
