Online purchase with issues
While I did find it pretty easy to buy things online, I ran into a couple of issues that were frustrating. The big one was the lack of phone support - I think it could have been really useful for sorting out problems fast. Also, when I tried to add another person to my order, I got an error message saying the credit card was already used, which just didn't make sense and left me feeling confused.
