I recently bought some men's grooming stuff and man, it was a total letdown. They just tossed everything into a box with no care, so one of the lids was loose and leaking all over everything. And on top of that, five things were missing from my order! I reached out to customer service and they said they'd send me the missing items, but every time I checked in, it was more delays and lame excuses. It took forever before I heard back, just to find out that one of the items was out of stock and they were gonna swap it without even asking me first. Come on now, that kind of lazy mistake and not caring about what customers want is not cool at all, especially for a big company like them.

Blouse and skirt
So, yeah, I bought this really cute blouse and skirt from this online store, right? They promised me fast shipping with express delivery, but it's been like over a week and my stuff still hasn't been sent out! I tried talking to their customer service, but they're clueless! They keep going on about having so many orders from their Final Sale, like what even is that? All I know is they took my money and I still don't have my clothes! They should at least offer to let us cancel our orders if they can't keep up. I don't even want the clothes anymore, just give me a refund!
