The customer service at this place is amazing! I had a small problem with a coupon and my credit, but they fixed it right up and even threw in overnight delivery! It's great to be able to chat with an actual person and get things taken care of immediately.

Cryptocurrency trading
I gotta say, my time as a customer at ALT was a huge letdown. I was eager to get into cryptocurrency trading, but man, using their platform was like hitting one obstacle after another. The whole process was like a struggle, with confusing directions and customer service that was never around when I needed them. It felt like my money was on lockdown, and I had to jump through so many hoops just to get anything fixed. Making an account with ALT was a big mistake, and I'd warn anyone thinking about it to really reconsider. I had to get outside help just to eventually get my money back, which was ridiculous. All in all, my experience with ALT was a major headache and left me feeling pretty salty about the whole thing.
