Rental car experience
I had a really awesome experience with the rental car I got from this company recently. The car was ready to go right on time, and the staff, especially Christopher and Bikash, were so helpful. Bikash took the time to walk me through all the ins and outs of the car and gave me some good tips for driving around the island safely. Their service was top-notch and I'm really grateful for it.

Dining table set
I am so disappointed with my experience at this furniture store. Ordering was fine, but the delivery was a complete disaster. I waited months for my dining table set, only to face constant delays and excuses. The delivery service they used, Ukay, was horrible - unprofessional, unreliable, and wouldn't even give me a set delivery date. It caused chaos in my schedule. And the fact that Design Within Reach didn't seem to care about their terrible delivery service just added to my frustration. I won't be shopping here again.

Whiskey decanter set and coasters
I recently bought a whiskey decanter set and coasters from this company, and man, was I let down. When my order finally showed up, I couldn't believe it - the decanter had no lid and only one glass, when I was supposed to get four. On top of that, I only got two coasters when I ordered four. And to make matters worse, the package showed up way later than they had promised, even though they said it'd be here in time for Christmas.
