Smartphone purchase
I just bought a smartphone from this supplier, but man, I've been having a pretty rough time with it. They kept pushing back the shipping date, and now I still haven't gotten my package. I'm really bummed out about the whole situation - I just wish they would communicate better and stick to their promises. It's so annoying as a customer to feel like nobody's listening to you and your hard-earned money isn't being valued.

Can't use Chime, EXTREMELY not happy
I'm just really not happy with this store, you know? I was hoping to find something cute to buy, but they only take PayPal and I don't even use that. I only use Chime, so I can't even place an order even if I really like something. It's just not fair and completely unacceptable. I wish they would accept more payment options so everyone could shop there.
