This has been the best experience I have ever had with an online, independent bookstore. Because our postal system has had so many delays during the pandemic, my book was running behind, and VJ Books' customer service was SO HELPFUL & SO KIND! I called to get some help finding the package & the owner of the bookstore called me back to help, and she offered multiple options. Of course the book did arrive several days later & because of the EXCELLENT PACKAGING, it came in PERFECT CONDITION. But it was just so nice to know that they guaranteed the book, and if it had truly been lost, they would replace it or refund. That definitely wasn't necessary as the postal system finally got its act together. However, I wanted to explain how lovely it was to speak with Virginia, what a kind & thoughtful person she is, and how much I truly appreciate having the book so well packaged that it arrived in perfect condition--not even a ding which one almost expects from the mail these days. What fabulous people run this store! I can't recommend it enough!
