Misleading departure information
I recently bought a ticket for a bus trip with this company, and man, let me tell you, I was so let down by the service. The info they gave me about when the bus was supposed to leave was all wrong, which just made things super confusing and stressful on the day I had to travel. When I tried to sort things out and get my money back, they wouldn't own up to their mistake and just kept giving me the runaround. It was so annoying and honestly made me feel like they were trying to pull one over on me.

This watch is totally amazing, I mean wow! The way they paid attention to every little detail in the design and how the chronograph function works, it's just unmatched, you know?
