I haven't actually gotten the product yet so I can't give a review on that, but I gotta give props to the awesome customer service I got. I had a mix-up with my shipping address so I contacted customer support. Gave them all the info they needed, like the order number, and explained the situation. The rep was super fast and sorted out the address issue right away. They fixed it within an hour, even before the order was processed. I was really impressed with how quick and helpful they were, definitely deserving of a solid 5-star rating for their service. Can't wait to actually get the product and I'll update my review after that.

The ordering process was really simple, I mean super easy! The website was user-friendly so it was a breeze to find what I wanted. Checking out was quick and I got a confirmation email right away. Only thing is, they could use more payment options, I've seen more choices on other sites.
