I do not have the order number
I bought a new book from Kids Books at the supermarket for my granddaughter. She liked the book therefore I went to their website and placed an order without reading the reviews. I have not heard from this company so yesterday I decided to give them a call during
business hours but nobody answer the phone. Then I tried their website but could not cancel the order because I do not have an order number. This morning I received an e-mail from them advising me not to contact them because it would delay a response. I cannot understand why they do not answer the phone during business hours and any type of contact will delay the processing of the order. Their website does not show that they are out of stock of any items!...
