I recently picked up this book that's been super informative and I'm totally loving it. It's definitely taking me some time to get through all the info and really soak it all in. I've already started trying out some of the tips in my daily routine, but I haven't quite finished the book yet. I'm good on supplements for now, the ones I've got are working really well for me.
