Startup business assistance
Zegal was a huge help when we were getting our new business off the ground. They made sure we had all our ducks in a row, which was super important for us to really take off. The launch of the new user interface looks like it's going to be a game-changer, and we're feeling pretty optimistic that it'll iron out some of the little kinks we've come across.

Floral dress and cute earrings
The last time I bought some stuff from this store, I grabbed a super cute floral dress and some adorable earrings. I usually adore their stuff because it's cute and affordable, but this time they forgot to include one of the items in my package! I was pretty disappointed, so I contacted them to ask if they could help, but they were all like, "but the package made it to your address..." I was just so confused and let down, you know?

Missing Shoe Refund
I just bought two pairs of shoes but only got one in the shipment, which is a bummer. I called customer service right away to ask for a refund for the missing pair. I even showed them the messed up box from UPS, but Reebok hasn't done much to help me out. It's been a couple of weeks now, and I'm still not any closer to fixing the problem. Dealing with all of this is super annoying and really let me down. I should've checked the reviews before buying from them.
